Who we are

Regina Scott, Owner and President of Floor Covering Creations is a native of Georgia . After spending many years in Boston , she returned to her home state and settled in Atlanta .

In 1997 Regina began a flooring company focused on the Multi-Family High-Rise Condo market which was booming in Atlanta at the time. However, she quickly realized that her true passion lies in working beside Interior Designers and Remodel Contractors .

Floor Covering Creations concentrates primarily on Residential work, but handles Commercial jobs as well. Located in the heart of Buckhead, just off Pharr Road , her workroom-style showroom is convenient for Designers and Homeowners.

Regina oversees approximately 12 Installation Crews in five different trades: Carpet (including Wool, Sisal, and Seagrass) , Hardwood (including Exotics like Natural Cork and Bamboo,) Ceramic Tile & Natural Stone , Laminates (faux wood flooring) and Vinyl & Rubber (including Sports Floors).

In addition to her regular crews, she utilizes two Fabrication Shops for Custom Area Rugs, and works with Hardwood Restoration Specialists whose portfolio includes Museum work.
